Ss22 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing your use of the ss22 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
By registering an account or using any service on the ss22 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the ss22 platform ("Platform", "us", "we"). This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access or use the platform, whether via web browser, mobile application, or any other device.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically.
The ss22 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on ss22, users must register a valid personal account. During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ss22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.
- Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity resulting from any failure to keep your account secure.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the ss22 support team immediately at [email protected].
- The platform uses SSL encryption to protect account data in transit. Users are nonetheless advised to avoid using public networks without additional security measures.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the ss22 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or inconsistencies in odds or payouts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to any other party in any form.
- Engaging in any action that may compromise the security, stability, or reputation of the platform.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system in a manner that goes against the stated promotional terms.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and the platform reserves the right to withhold the account balance during an investigation if there is any indication of misconduct.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ss22 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and other methods listed from time to time in the platform's deposit section.
- Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance once successful payment confirmation is received from the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen, but typically occur within a few minutes.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe set by the platform. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals above certain amounts or in situations that require further review.
- Transaction fees: The platform does not charge internal processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, financial institutions or third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.
- Failed transactions: If a deposit fails due to a technical issue on the part of the bank or payment processor, the funds will not be credited to your ss22 account. Users should contact the relevant bank or processor directly for further clarification.
- Suspicious transactions: ss22 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction that shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms.
Ss22 platform is not liable for any losses arising from delays or failures in third-party payment processing systems.
5. Liability Limitations & Disclaimers
The ss22 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:
- Ss22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Ss22 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions, technical bugs, or cybersecurity threats at all times.
- Betting results are final as determined by the platform's system. Requests for review will only be considered in cases where a verifiable technical error can be confirmed by the system.
- Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that they participate entirely at their own risk.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Final Provisions
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss22 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, registration of multiple accounts, submission of false information during registration, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed through no fault of the user, any verified account balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ss22 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of ss22 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from ss22.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ss22 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Ss22 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via an on-platform notice when material changes occur. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
